COURSE DESCRIPTION
If only the success of teams and organizations depended on just doing what is supposed to be done, when it’s supposed to be done.
But it isn’t. The success of an organization (and I know it sounds like a cliché) is rooted in the leadership of the executives and managers involved as well as the teams they lead.
This workshop is interactive, including small group exercises, large group discussions, and instructor facilitation.
TESTIMONIAL
"Highly Recommended"
"Both onsite and virtual presentations "work very well."
I can’t overstate how pleased we were with the programs that Doug taught for us in a live, online setting this summer. He spent time before the programs working with us to figure out exactly what our expectations were for virtual program delivery. He was able to convert his activities and exercises so that they worked well in the virtual setting. I have observed both his program delivery onsite and his program delivery live, online. The activities and exercises as well as his teaching style work very well in both types of delivery modalities. I highly recommend working with Doug to deliver live, online training. Your participants will benefit, and you will learn new expectations for live, online program delivery. — Marcie Stowell, Assistant Director of Executive Development Programs at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business
