This course is designed to give you a working knowledge of quality management for operations, projects, and organizations. You will be able to use these concepts the very next day thus giving you the edge over your competition.

The course provides participants with the quality management principles, techniques, tools, and skills for next day applications useful in your organization regardless of the industry you are in – healthcare, government, service, engineering, manufacturing, education, etc.

The course utilizes the best practices for Quality Management as outlined by American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

This workshop is interactive, including small group exercises, large group discussions, and instructor facilitation.
