Doug has excellent skills as a project manager. He was immediately effective in organizing a diverse group of business team members in achieving the objectives of the projects assigned to him. I have known Doug for over 15 years— we met at one of his outstanding training sessions. Don’t be overwhelmed at the beginning of the class because Doug will take time during and after class to make sure you understand. I believe Ford’s strong return can be partially attributed to Doug’s efforts and the experience he shares. Doug always goes the extra mile to help an individual, department or company. — Ray Bookwalter, Program/Project Management, RJ Holdings, Inc.

Doug Boebinger worked for me at Ford Motor Company for about 8 years as a project management consultant, specializing in process improvement and process development. He is very skilled in these areas. He demonstrated leadership through his work with a diverse, cross-functional team on several very complex projects. He is well organized and thoughtful in working with teams, making sure that he is prepared for team meetings and that during meetings all team members have the opportunity to voice their opinions and are treated respectfully. As a leader, he is able to assimilate the diverse team “wants” and develop solutions — often innovative solutions — which result in win-win situations while maintaining the integrity of the project. I also respect Doug’s willingness to help others, even when it means a lot of extra work for him. On many occasions, he has seen someone confused, struggling, or just overloaded, and he has found the time to help out. This not only benefits that person but all of us who depend on the work getting done. Things got accomplished because Doug was around. He is a talented, honest, intelligent, and hard worker. I hold him in high regard. — Marilyn Wheeler, Ford Motor Company
“What separates Doug from other instructors is that he takes everyone’s success towards achieving their Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification very personally and he does everything he can do to empower you towards that goal. “
— Matt Fell
“The Ultimate PMP® Prep course was well taught. Doug Boebinger made the course interesting and explained the information in a way that anyone could understand. I would recommend Doug and IPDI to anyone that is pursuing a PMP®.”
— Tony N.
Anyone who is looking for growth and development in the Project Management field, will undoubtedly benefit from Doug’s teachings. His humour kept me engaged throughout the class, while he also kept on point of the planned topics and exercises. I have learned so much from him!
— Tia McIntosh
Doug Boebinger held a regular faculty appointment at Cleary University. Doug’s duties at Cleary included Faculty Chair of Project Management curriculum and teaching project management courses. He designed our Project Management BBA degree major (seven courses) and an Advanced Certificate in Project Management, both based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). Doug created course syllabi and selected all instructional materials. Doug taught all of the project management courses in this sequence. He is a competent and effective instructor. Student feedback evaluations for his courses were positive and complementary. This was a new program startup that presented challenges due to the new materials, relatively small class enrollments, and difficult class schedules. Doug managed these challenges without complaint and to the satisfaction of our students. My experiences with Doug have been positive and productive. Doug is a highly qualified project management professional and an accomplished instructor. — Vincent P. Linder, PhD, Provost & Vice President, Academic Affairs, Cleary University
I was so impressed I hired IPDI for in-house training! — Tony Jain, Vice-President of Engineering, Key Safety Systems
Mr Boebinger is one of the best instructors in his field. — Nancy Perlman, MBA, PMP®
The Ultimate PMP® Prep Boot Camp course is more applicable / practical / enlightening than an MBA at 1/100th of the cost. My opinion is that the material taught in the Ultimate PMP® Prep Boot Camp course is the “rubber to the road” of what MBA’s “lines on the print”. Ivory tower thinking is useful if it can translate into practical application in policies and processes / procedures. Project Management is infinitely more valuable in practice than an MBA. Anyone with any ambition and desire to prove their worth should use Project Management methodology to “enhance the likelihood of success” since most of us are doing projects in our profession to varying degrees of complexity and magnitude. — Timmothy Phung
“Doug’s class is fantastic. His class breaks down heavily laden material and make it so everyone in class gets it. The class is professional, but laid back and Doug is always probing the classroom for participants facial expressions that may reveal that they have a question but may be a little shy to ask.” — Timothy Battle
“IPDI has provided a number of Project Management training programs for SSOE Group since 2008. We continue to employ Doug as an instructor as he is easy to work with and we consistently receive positive feedback from attendees on his instruction methods and content.” — Courtney Tolson, SSOE Group

At all times I have found Mr. Boebinger to be dependable, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, and respectful of others. He has also taught Powertrain PMA’s (Program Management Analyst) in the proper execution of program management tools and methods.
